The hotel's location is convenient, near the freeway and airport, making it easy to access. The rooms, although functional, had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The service was friendly but had an issue with overcharging my credit card, causing some inconvenience. The dining options fell short of expectations as breakfast was not available. Overall, a decent stay with a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel rooms were nice and clean but lacked amenities, feeling more like dorm rooms with uncomfortable pillows. The location was convenient for the Zoo and Hole in the Rock, being easy to access from the freeway, with nearby food options. Service was attentive but preoccupied with animals in the lobby and bar, causing delays due to a significant incorrect credit card charge. Dining fell short of expectations with continental breakfast concerns. Overall, a mixed experience with room comfort and service hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of cozy and contemporary atmosphere in the rooms, but unfortunately, the smell of marijuana lingered in some areas due to guests openly smoking. The broken bathroom issues were a downside, as well as the noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. On the positive side, the hotel offered a convenient location off the beaten track, perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Zoo and Hole in the Rock.
Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be a bit dirty but manageable, and unfortunately facing the noisy highway. The set-ups could use improvement. However, the service was extremely helpful and friendly, even though they seemed preoccupied with animals in the lobby and bar, and at times trying to impress other guests. The hotel's location was key, with easy access to the freeway and food nearby, but being directly under airport flight traffic could be bothersome. Additionally, it was great that I could take a stroll to ASU and Hayden Butte Preserve. The dining experience was decent, with some issues around breakfast, but it was included in the rate. Overall, a perfect place with some flaws to hang out and unwind.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable, but the strong smell of marijuana and guests openly smoking were major drawbacks. On the bright side, the wxyz bar was a great spot for my business trip.
